Anime-wise, the confession that sends a shiver down me when i watch it is Eureka Seven's

Dominique and Anemone near the end of the anime and they catch one another in the air with the help of her pet. You can honestly feel her loneliness in the seiyuu's voice.

Yeah, the voice acting in Eureka Seven blew my mind. I liked that scene too, although I felt that it was kind of late. I don't really have a favorite confession though, I really like them all because no two are the same...or at least any non-shoujo confessions.

Yea, I also got to go with Love Hina.

Naru falling off the cliff after Keitaro, and confessing mid-air. That was probably the only confession that almost brought me to tears (almost).

I can't really like any of the confessions in Ichigo 100% because it depressed me way too much.

It was too late Tojou. You shouldn't have run away from him in that scene (the scene where Manaka thought he saw her run into her "boyfriend"). That basically pushed him over the edge and into Nishino's arms.
