It goes something like this:

Girl is in a coma for quite a while caused from a car accident I think, not sure. Her last memory I think is her walking home with her childhood friend both from their elementary school, I think. She wakes up (10 later years maybe? I dunno) in a hospital to see a guy she doesn't recognize sitting next to her. This guy (who you can predict is the childhood friend) says he's a distant relative or something that will take care of her and takes her home with him, etc. etc. Girl see's relative of his (a young nephew or something) that looks like her childhood friend etc. etc. later realizes who guy is, something about her parents were gonna pull the plug on her, guy worked ass off to pay hospital bills to keep her alive while in coma, other stuff , and happy ending sometime after that.

I suck at this I know but I don't remember much else. Then again it sounds like the whole story in a nutshell... Anyway I'm pretty sure it's a one-shot but I'm not sure if it was included as an extra in a series or stand alone. If anyone can tell me the name of this I'd be very grateful.
