Lately I finished watching the anime 07 Ghost, it was funny at some points and I loved it...
Now I’m looking for an anime or manga like 07 Ghost, I mean nearly with the same events or plot.

What I want:
- Finished series
- Main characters are boys
- Hero should have special powers
- Preferable if it have a slight BL hints, it’s fine if there is none

Uh, you might want to be more specific with the events bit, since not everyone will have read/watched 07 Ghost. (And, it's probably impossible to find something with nearly the same events, anyway...)

Having said that, try Nabari no Ou if you haven't already. It fits everything you've listed (including the BL subtext). Also, Amatsuki, though it's not complete.
