Well, firstly i'm not really remember and I'm not very well in English too but i'll try to the best possible for you to understand.
What i know, this manga is kind of supernatural comedy theme. Basically, it was a story around a high or middle school girl with a kind of supernatural abilities and thus making her able to see ghost and spirits. There is a scene where there is a old man have a chat with a flock of ghosts(perverted old men) in the graveyard(while drinking a sake?). Then, there is an one young man and a few of people who are working in agency that manage and guides the soul of dead people/spirits so they can pass through to the other world for a good. Their boss turn out is an old man who have a chit-chat with old-man ghost in the graveyard before. By the way, they always use a hearse(a Buddhist-style Japanese hearse) as their main transportation. That's all things i remember. Hope some of you have an idea.
