I read it a few years ago and can't remember the name anymore.
The manga starts out with 2 characters that are playing with balls/spheres that look like balls of light or water and you later see images of people in the spheres.
Anyways, the whole point of the story is that those 2 characters are actually gods/creators and one of them created an imperfect sphere so that the 2 people who live in that sphere have screwed up lives (you find this out at the end).
The story shows the different reincarnations of the 2 people, one is always born male and the other female. The imperfection that pops up is that even though they love each other, one of them always ends up killing the other and they never get to spend any time together.
I can't remember the stories too well. I think in one of them the girl was a courtesan and right when she meets the boy she asks him to kill her because she hates her life. In another, one of them turns into a vampire and waits years for the other to become reincarnated. I remember one scene where one of them kills the other and the one being killed asks why? while the one who did the killing has no idea why they just acted that way. They were in the woods running away from something.
But you find out at the end it's because their sphere is imperfect. The end of the manga shoots to the 2 god characters from the beginning with the first one asking the second one why he/she plays with the sphere even if it's imperfect. And the second one replies because it's beautiful.
Anyways, that's mostly all I can remember from it. I would really love to reread the manga and I've searched around a bit but can't find it anywhere. Unfortunately I have literally no clue what it might be called. If anyone has any idea please let me know! It's also kind of an obscure manga so it might be kind of hard
