Try not to make this who's your ideal partner, and all their personality stuff like good sense of humour etc is assumed. Looks and traits such as energetic, clumsy etc please

Guys with dark hair a little bit long and dark blue eyes
I'm straight but I love wavey hair on a girl, I can't do it cos my hair is too straight naturally but I think it's gorgeous

Manga: guys with dark angsty pasts but who aren't all emo but end up with serious trust issues XD, Teito from 07-ghost and Kazuma from Kagerou Nostalgia are utterly moe for me.

Girls, I just like them to not be weak and pathetic. Not ridiculously huge chest.

anyways: real life girls: if the girl doesnt wear toooo much makeup lol and has a cute face and nice eyes. Another is intelligence, (a good personality) and also shy XD

Short hair and big asses.

I hate big glasses. That may have to do with the fact that I wore glasses throughout my childhood, and the bigger the glasses, the bigger the reminder of how they hurt my nose and fell off and were generally an inconvenience...

Or they might just remind me of my mom, which is a turn off.

um, i am not so sure on what "moe" means, but i like a manga character that is shy, clumsy, and has glasses.

Neko-mimi, small chest, great looking legs, and that school outfit with the sweater and then a shirt under it, of course in a school miniskirt. high miko socks, boots, and thats it

In real life anything can be attractive. Except feet, I will never be attracted to feet. If I had to say the biggest thing would be either necks or a nice ass (not too big not too small).
In manga, I have n idea why but almost anything in the rights hands can look attractive and fit. I'm not into overly big boobs, but usually they work in manga, there's still a limit though. I also would say fingers, nice small slender fingers.

moe isn´t cute (kawaii is), moe is more likely an otaku term.
