What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Tenkei no Arimaria - Wrong Page/Series

Correct me if I am wrong but, from what I know these are two different series:
Tenkei no Arimaria
Tenkei no Arimaria - Once Upon a Time

Once upon a Time is the prequel to Tenkei no Arimaria; and has only 5 chapters completely scanlated by Mangabox. The page listed here has the title Tenkei no Arimaria but the releases are of its prequel. Tenkei no Arimaria hence has no page yet (and also no scanlations).

I tried to request this change sometime ago, dunno what went about it.

The releases will be there for the time being. You can think of it has chapters 0a-0e of the manga..
