I forgot the name of this manga but it is a survival game manga kind of like Btooom! and similar. As far as I remember it starts out with three best friends in high school. One of them kind of ugly and weak and a pervert, the other is a delinquent, and the third guy is the main character. The later two protect the weak one from bullies if I remember correctly. But one day they get transported to a mysterious word or isolated island where they are forced to play a survival game. They worked together to survive and along the way they also met a women who joined them. After one incident the weak guy got injured while he was recovering the other two continue to complete the missions they were given. The women stayed behind to help the other guy recover. During that time they bonded a lot to the point of having sex with each other. After the other two returned they went on one final mission together mission that would of required killing the others. Only the main character made it out alive and fell into a deep depression of losing his friends and to the point barely able to move and to of dying . Another girl around the same age as him sees him and saves him. She seems to be living outdoors in a tent, That where the latest scanlated chapter end I think. There was one OVA made of this manga just recently and another seems to be coming out in a month or two.

I'm pretty sure the manga is called Alice in Borderland or Imawa no Kuni no Alice
