Hi, i'm looking for a manga that I read a few years ago, but I can't remember the title of it and I want to reread it.

Here's some things I can remember about it.
It was about a teenage girl who stumbled upon a time shop by looking at a from which the shadow of the clocktower fell on at an exact time. So she had a special watch clip onto who her bag, that now ticks because of her, she gets a job there. There was a talking frog that was kinda annoying. In one of the subplots a guy was stopping time to go be an actor, but ruse got figured out by her and she took his time and his parents found out, but it was all good. In another subplot a girl made a promise with a guy to go on a date with him but couldn't because of an operation. I think there was a second volume?

Thats all I can remember, sorry if it's too vague.
