I read this summer when I was young so I can't remember much about it. Sorry if the summary is confusing.
Basically there is this girl who accidentally tears a scarf of a young model so she did something to fix and make the model look so cute. So the model (a young girl) ask the girl to be her designer/manager. So for this modeling competition, the main girl as the model not to ruin her elbow and make sure the elbow is smooth so that the model can wear the outfit in the competition (the competition was in winter so all of the other models wear warm clothes, but the young model wear a summer style outfit and she won BC of the outfit n her smooth skin).
There is more but I can't remember. I think there was a brother and some boys, but I don't know if there was romance.
