What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

A lot is lost in translation. Some of the lines are translated too literally making it lose it's original meaning. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this, but it's silly at times haha. Especially when the spirits of corrosion go "boohoo."
