Actually, I'm pretty sure that isn't Gunslinger Girl. Can't tell where it's from, but unless Yu Aida changed her style drastically...

Little edit: That second pic is on the 3rd volume chapter 15 from Cynthia the Mission. 🙂 And that manga is pretty violent... 🤨

Quickly got the only chapter available in scanlated mode and it's art doesn't look the same IMO. And lolz @ MrSatan for potential fail!
