What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I'm looking for this manga with a boy's POV where he tells stuff about his mom and dad and how they are happily married or something but the dad actually stole the wife's wedding clothes and forced her to marry him??
