What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

It starts with them having sex the seme finishes but the uke doesnt,the seme asks why he never finishes and the uke tells him he too big so it hurts but he doesn't care as long as the seme feels good,the seme ties him up and sticks a vibrator in him and he finally finishes
