So I remember seeing this manga/comic(?) a few years ago that had an American style to it. From what I can remember....

The title was something called poopachoo or poopachuu, something that sounded like that.

I think the story was about a young African American weeaboo kid who has a drug dealing brother in America. The kid is a giant weeaboo who thinks that Japan is filled with stuff you see in anime like giant robots, maids, demons, etc etc etc. One day the drug dealing brother gets in trouble and has to go into hiding and upon hearing that he intends to hide in Japan, the weeaboo kid begs his brother to come along with him thinking that it's the dreamland he's always imagined. When the weeaboo kid arrives in Japan however, he is shocked to see that nothing he sees in Japan conforms to what he saw from anime and manga, and is mocked and scolded by some girl because of that. Piece by piece, he is forcefully reintroduced into reality and has his dreams shattered. 😀

It's satire, I think?

It looked more American than Japanese in terms of drawing style, but was drawn in a manga format.
Anyone got a clue on the proper name/identity of this thing? It's a bit obscure, but I hope someone has seen this before!
