I was going to go for "Any Ending" but realized that I would have qualified it with it being well executed and so I realized I couldn't really choose "Any Ending" since it could still be a bad ending even if it's not rushed. Case in point: xxxHoLic. So I went with "Happy" since at least there I'm happy the characters are happy.

Happy ending, by my own selfish standards. Meaning, I think of an ending where my OTPs don't get together as "tragic" even if its written to be happy/ satisfying.

I struggled momentarily with "any ending, as long as its not rushed" but then remembered that I've read too many slow train wrecks for that to be true. Naruto immediately came to mind with it's slippery slope down to mediocrity, but I also began to dislike, and eventually dropped, series like Skip Beat and Ouran High because they dragged on for far too long.

Happy, Harem Endings are the best endings. As long as that happens i'm satisfied.

No endings like Naruto though. That ending was so random and forced to me.

Happy Ending for most stories. I dislike harem endings because they seem very inconclusive, if romance is a big sub-plot in the story.

Some open-ended endings are okay, for stories with deep moralistic content.

Definitely Prefer a Happy ending over all, i mean when i go through a series whether long or short with characters and enjoy it no matter what genre , i want it to end on a good note for that series to always be a good memory for me. Plus a happy ending just justifies all the Main character(s) went through, like its all worth what ever crazy things they had to deal with. I tend to not want to read a series again if it ends really messed up. It would just get me depressed before i started and i rather not. Dont get me wrong Some unhappy ones are actually interesting enough that i would read it just for a great story or something but i will always feel like it could have ended better.
Plus even if a series is really really messed up or is horror or some crazy psychological series or something, i still rather it end good over all. I mean to go through all that messed up stuff and for it to end messed up too? it just feels like it wasn't worth the journey of seeing the character go through all that.
Also i do think some tragic endings can still be a happy one to me. As long as the Main Character's over all goal was achieved while dying. Like he/she fulfilled all their goals. I do still consider a bittersweet one like that happy overall. case in point
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Code Geass, I do still consider it happy over all even though it really gets me feeling sad.

Theres nothing i hate more then a rushed/abrupt ending. I feel like thats Technically along the lines of a bad ending too. Also some Ambiguous ones are interesting (like for Inception or something that was pyscological and thought provoking in the first place) but rarely for me and i dont really like those much cause it feels unfulfilled too. Plus a Cliffhanger ending is technically an ambiguous ending and those are horrible ways to end.
