I'm not sure if this was a manga or a manhwa. The heroine was a half-Japanese girl whose mother was French, and she has blonde hair and plays a violin. I believe it starts when her brother takes her to school on his motorcycle, and she forgets her violin, and she calls his cell and starts screaming, only to realize that it's not him, but a notorious delinquent who decides to make her his girlfriend.
