There's this manga (I think it's shoujo?) I can't remember either if it was just a one-shot or a completed/ongoing series.

What I think I remember:

All I know was that the main character is a student and then she was walking somewhere and it was in a winter season? and then she met this guy wearing a winter coat, sitting. For some reason he was always in the same spot whenever she walks around the area so she started hanging out with him until the day it was snowing hard and the girl started asking questions about what his name was or where he lives because he seems to be always in that same spot always and never leaving but then he doesn't remember. And then fast forward in time, I guess their winter break was over? and when she went to school she met a boy that looks exactly like the guy she hung out before but when she tried to talk to him he couldn't remember meeting her at all.

I don't remember anymore what happened next which prompted me to search for it again. From what I can at least tell from memory when I read it was that the guy the girl met that winter was his ghost or soul w/e and he was probably in a coma and when they met again at school that would probably explain why he couldn't remember meeting her at all. Another thing was that the boy stopped coming to their hang out spot. But I'm not sure about the coma part either. I can't really trust my memory to be accurate about details at this point. I might be mixing things up from other mangas I've already read so I'm sorry in advance T_T

Been trying for days and tried asking some people who are shoujo fanatics but they weren't able to help me. And now the curiosity of wanting to know what happened that time is making me desperate to reread it again! Sorry for the long post 🙁
