Basically the setting of the world have a guild system and adventurer party to take the job from the guild.

There's 5 people who was "failure", nobody want to take them to their party

5 of them got banded together by a weird but funny and yet pervert 17 old boy who was very smart and act as their leader

the 6 of them form party and improved greatly

but something make the party fall apart

the 5 party member have a great potential/talent and realized they are'nt failure and a prodigy thanks to their leader who bloom their ability.

5 of them then got scouted by another big guilds

Each member leaves the party one by one without even any further notices and join different guild and go separate way, leaving the leader all alone.

The party got disbanded

Fast forward for another 5 years, one of the party member who was a woman(her job was a priest). She was popular and well known as great priest and her ability is well respected by many people.

Taking a side, she and her party member take a very hard job and somehow her magic power "run out", she used it past her limit.

After that , it seems her party member start abandoning her, even her "boyfriend" leaves her and cheat behind her back. All because she lost her power. Then after some times , her power got recovered back normally. She then decided to leaves the guild and feel hurt. She now realized how this is karma that she abandoned her leader in the past just like her teammates leaves her when she lost her power.

She then remembered when she was "failure", only the leader who keep motivating her, cares for her and even help her to grow. When she leaves the party, the leader was smiling and wish her good luck, she just ignoring him and did not say anything to him. She then cry remembering how awful she was to the leader.

She then began searching for him and meet with another one from his old party member. A sword man, who in the past kinda blood headed and nobody want to accept him on the party till he got invited by the leader. After he trained and become a great sword man, he got swayed, and left the party and told his leader that he won't be staying at this cheap party anymore and told him everything is about money. He then make some fame and make a name for himself, but one event making him realized how greedy and awful he was.

Basically his party member accept a job to kill bandits at their hideout. Later he was found out the bandit he killed was actually a normal villager who try to protect themself. He saw the hideout got burned and hear the cry of woman and children got burned alive. He got mad at his party member and his party member just tell him that "we got huge sum of money , all about money right " ? he was digusted and left the party. Later he found out that the villager he slaughtered was settled in a land that a noble who just want build a grand mansion there but the villagers was in the way and he can't drove them out because that land was a public settlement area. He then remembered when he was feeling down, his leader give him a cheap booze and both of them drink it together , it tasted good, he remember how he wronged the leader and try to find him.

Both the priest and sword man then decided to travel together to find their leader, they ask the guild recepsionist and she was mad at them for leaving the leader like that. She told him she did not know that his party have leave him and let him take a dangerous job and he taking it alone. She then never heard of him anymore.

The last 3 member was an archer(girl), magician(girl) and a spear wielder(man). I think 3 of them will join those two on the travel to find their leader.

Their leader does not have a class job, he was just a normal civilian but have a cunning personality(even though he was perverted), and among them he was the most weakest but the smartest.
