Hi, so I have cleaned most of the raw of Blame! Academy 3, and just need translations. Hopefully some translator that is a fan of Blame! and Tsutomu Nihei's works, and has the free time, will want to contribute to this small project.

If you do want to translate it:
It is 15 pages, some pages have lots of text, some almost none. So overall, it shouldn't be that bad. Also, get all the stuff on the sides. And I'm thinking of leaving off the last page which seems to be an ad for Blame!², but I would include it if the translator felt it is worth putting in. The only page that I haven't cleaned completely is 4, which I am waiting for words to do, or it would just be a waste of time. If the translator wishes, I would include a credits page, but I would prefer none.
