Hi
I'm an editor for Aquastar and I'm looking for some experienced editors that can do 3-5 pages of the weekly negima scans.
So we're looking for someone with (in no particular order)
- uses photoshop cs/cs2 to edit
- editing experience (has a good sense of typesetting, where translated text goes, etc)
- rebuilding skill (can use the pen tool, clone tool, lasso, etc to re-draw)
- decent internet connection (.psds files can be quite big)
- has some free time to play with (even if you have great skills but if you don't have the time to do some pages then there's no point)
- can work with a group (people who can take criticism, jokes, who aren't territorial with their work, etc)
I'm not aiming for "more editors = faster releases" but it's more on "less work = happier editor". It just lowers the risk of editors burning out.
