He was noticed by Shueisha after reaching the semifinals in a Jump contest for manga writers.
Soon, Shueisha decided to team him up with the artist USAZAKI Shiro.
In 2017, they created a manga adaptation of an award-winning story of his, the one-shot Welcome to Asagaya Artistic High School, Film Section. Later with some changes they published a new version of it, the one-shot Act-Age, which lead to the series.
One of his favorite manga is Bleach.
In August 2020, he was arrested for inappropriately touching 2 female middle school students from behind, leading to the cancellation of ACT-AGE.
