Ochazuke Nori is an only child from Kawasaki city in Kanagawa prefecture. Good at science. Tezuka Osamu and Otomo Katsuhiro are mangaka who influenced him. Debuted in 1984 with "Spirit Island". In addition to writing numerous horror works, he also serves as a director of live-action horror movies.
Wrote the lyrics of Koizumi Kyouko's "Frozen City" from the album "Hippies". It was adapted into one of the chapters of Zangekikan. Koizumi is a fan of his manga.
