It is a sad day as the group Tenshi-Tachi shuts down. Based on their site, they are not able to continue scanlating manga due to "real life issues". Furthermore, there is a plea for other groups to continue their projects.

Tokyopop to Offer Manga Videos Via V CAST: ICv2 reports that "Verizon announced that the Tokyopop video channel, which offers 15-20 four-to-six minute videos every week, is now available to Verizon's V Cast Video customers."
Takehiko Inoue's "Last Exhibition": A Takehiko Inoue exhibition called "Final Exhibition" will take place at the Ueno Royal Museum from late May to early July. More artworks and promotional material can be found here.

Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Festivus, or whatever other god fearing holidays there are this time of year! Well whatever holiday/tradition it is you're celebrating over the next few days (or have been celebrating over the past few days/weeks) hope you enjoy the abundance of manga releases that usually occur around this time of year. Some groups/people seem to have started early if you've been paying attention. Well of course manga isn't what's really important this time of year but the gist of it is enjoy time spent with family and friends. ANd hopefully get some time off work/school. bozou writes: According to SUGISAKI Yukiru's (the author of DN Angel) website, the series will continue again starting again on December 22, 2007 after a long haitus (that has lasted for over two years). As before, the series will be serialized in Asuka, the monthly shoujo magazine of Kadokawa Shoten.
