I changed the search feature in the upper right hand side of the site: "Manga Search". I figured it was time that I add a real search feature. When you type in a search, it will show the first 10 results from each of the sections of the site (if there are results) and then provide a link for more results. You can use basic "AND, OR" as well. Sorry it took so long for this necessary feature.

I added the option for custom color highlighting for genres. If you go to your user CP and to release filtering, and click on "color" for a specific genre, you will now see a custom box at the bottom which you can input any 6 digit hex code.
If there are any problems with this please let me know.
We have added a new "group forum" url feature for scanlation groups. If you have a forum url, you can use the "submit change" feature to report your group's forum url for the database.
Thanks!
I updated the CSS & HTML. You may need to reload your browser a few times for it to display correctly. If there are any display problems please respond in this forum thread. Thank you.
Sorry for the recent "undefinedundefinedundefined" like bug. I was trying out some new javascript stuff and I didn't check to make sure it worked with IE. It should be working now.
I think I fixed the active groups bug. Basically it was malfunctioning and showing some groups as inactive when they were in fact active. If there are any more problems with it please let me know.
We are introducing a beta feature today, genre highlighting. You can go to your User CP to release filtering, and click on "color" next to the genre to set a color for a specific genre. Then, on the releases page, items of that genre will be highlighted in that color.
Issues: There are only a few colors right now because we're testing the system out, and it only works on the new releases page. Also, I don't have a good way to work out conflicts yet, for instance, if a series is action as well as adventure, and you have both of those colored differently, which color gets the priority.
Other than those things, if anyone experiences any problems please let me know.
So, lots of people have been hounding me for a long time to add some sort of release filtering. Well, here it is. Right now it's very basic and only filters items on the new releases page, but I hope to extend it to the rest of the site later when I get time.
I'm sorry to those of you who have been receiving the database error, it was a bug in the code. it has since been fixed. I hope the 149 of you who were affected continue to visit the site.
Respectfully,
Manick
