Plot/Story
Mad Dog Sawamura is feared by all. His Devils Right Hand inspires terror amoung others... but that doesn’t make him popular with girls. What Sawamura really wants is a girlfriend, and his track record is a little less than admirable.
One day however he wakes up to find that instead of a right hand there is a living human being (only miniaturized - Think "Hand puppet"). Anyway, the little girls name is Midori and she is in love with Seiji (having admired him from afar for a long time).
Midori no Hibi is an entertaining manga about all the situations Sawamura and Midori can get themselves into. It’s very cute and the character designs are quite good.
Characters
Sawamura Seiji; Fun guy... his fighting skills earned him a terrible reputation, but he's actually a nice guy (occasionally). He's a little dense though... fails to realize that there are some girls that actually do like him.
Kasugano Midori; very cute... spends the majority of the manga as a right hand. Constantly can be found wearing handmade "I love Seiji" t-shirts and proclaiming her love for him.
Shingyouji Kouta; A boy in the same class as Midori (was before becoming a hand). He's a close friend of her family and seeks out Sawamura in order to try and get him to awaken the sleeping (full-sized) Midori.
Sawamura Rin; Abusive older sister... she is evil...
Ayase; Fills the role of "girl that likes the guy yet cannot express her feelings for him". Reasonably amusing. (Not cute though...)
Takamizawa Shuichi; possibly my favourite character... this doll obsessed fanboy is great. A little scary though, his obsession borders on unhealthy.
Lucy; crazy American girl who is obsessed with ninja and samurai. (Doesn’t appear in the anime). Gets chased by a crazy American man who amuses us for a chapter before disappearing without a trace.
Drawing Style
Very refined. Characters are all unique and possess a wide range of emotions.
Enjoyment
Great fun, easy too enjoy. Midori no Hibi doesn’t rely on a deep and meaningful plot (much like Pretty Face) so each chapter is pretty much a self contained amusing episode. Very amusing... this manga lives and dies by its characters... all of which perform admirably.
Overall
Check it out… it’s cute... funny... violent... possesses much blood and porn (all done in good taste.)
Highly recommended

Your review reads more like a flavoured synopsis than a full-fledged comment. However, it provides a decent overview without any excess prose. So, good job at that.
