Description
High-school student Koremitsu Akagi finds himself attending the funeral of Hikaru Mikado, who had died in an accident during Golden Week. He's not sure why he's there, as he only exchanged a few words with Hikaru at school. However, Hikaru doesn't seem to be completely gone from the world, as he comes back as a ghost in order to fulfill a promise to Aoi Saotome, his fiancée. Since Koremitsu is the only one who can see him, he asks him to carry out his promise in his place.

It's my first ever LN.
I have read both the manga and LN from beginning to end.
I would say that the start was really good because it hooked you up.The interaction of MC and FMC was interesting at the beginning but after that it just felt lacking. I have also forgotten the rest of the side characters.
Also, I don't really care about the ghost guy. I admit that I would not read and will always skip his line.
Only the MC worth mentioning here. And also the art.. It's gorgeous! In the first place, I read it because the cover art looks amazing.
A series to read if you don't have anything else and if you like the art.

I actually really enjoy reading this novel, despite my favorite type of novels being the fantasy type. The story is basically just a huge mystery about solving the Harem King's death. While trying to solve for the death, the MC also has to help the girls that the HK left behind.
The MC is a dense character as like most harem guys are, but he's not a complete idiot like most harem guys. He's actually quite a badass, as he's been misunderstood as a delinquent due to him looking mad all the time. He also is very caring of others despite the hardship he's gone through as a child.
Harem King (HK) is alright, he's the MC's best friend after he passes away and becomes a ghost. He's not too annoying but I wished that he was just more helpful since he is a ghost and that everyone is trying to solve his fucking murder.
The girls or his harem are decent, it's a bit weird as almost every single one of them were in love with the HK. The only girl that likes the MC that didn't like the HK, is my most hated type of female characters, the tsundere. She's actually not that bad though, despite her being a tsundere. Another thing that I like about the female leads is that you get to know them pretty well, as you spend a whole volume on each of them.
So, this is a pretty good read especially if you enjoy harems and a decent storyline

well, how should i say about it
how to make a delinquent king to become a harem king, well that's is, except the harem king is only conquered but never confront more
as the title is making it based on hikaru genji theme, the story is not looks like hikaru genji
the MC just conquered or rather fix the complicated things the Ghost friend make when he still alive
yeah, it's like fixing women trouble your friend (well, he just suddenly appear and the are friend then (also the after story in vol. 1 is explained why the "ghost" is so attached to MC even when they are alive and now he is being a ghost))
it's have harem in the story, like most of the girl that now understand the MC have take liking to him, well it's obvious on harem story, right?
but rather than that in half of story he realized that he have feeling with 1 of heroine (which mostly make her a side char), but her development with MC is increased with more volume and more girl to conquered
while the MC develop hiss romance he is also bound by the promise to fix the relation of the ghost with more and more women in the story, so well comedy is bound to come up
at least till vol 7, the story is 1 volume 1 girl, no to be continued but maybe after story in next volume, but yeah, they are finished in that volume
i enjoy reading it because it end in each volume so i don't really need to wait another volume to fix the story
also i must said the ghost in his life is real Casanova, not hikaru Genji like the author deemed, he even openly bring girl to his condo, kissing etc,,, so yeah that's why he have problem with girl every now then

The characters are poorly manage
For example the girl that mc help

At the same time MC attitude towards girl is abnormal
He is a self proclaimed woman hater yet he act the opposite of it
MC is threated as a slave of the ghost
Its funny that MC can feel friendship towards the ghost
since the ghost is clearly taking advantage of MC circumstances
The females is also not for MC to have
They are just side characters and past lovers of the ghost ,Yeah the ghost is a real harem king and sleep through out 400 girls (spoilers lol).

Such prostration but it is still a good read
you can expect betrayal and light NTR (is there even light to NTR)
