Started bad, kept being bed, but ended good.

I hated most of this manga because of how dumb the MC was and was about to drop it a few times because he kept making the same mistakes over and over again and when you thought he learned a little bit from his mistakes, he would then f#ck things up and regress all over again... But since it's a "short" manga, i binged the whole thing in one go and luckily there was one arc i actually liked and i'm really glad he most likely ended up with that girl.

The ending, even if rushed, was quite nice and actually "saved" this manga for me, i was going to give less than 5 for this manga of how frustrated i was with the MC, but i really liked that girl's arc and the ending. 🙂

Read before picking this up!

Manga is good, the journey the MC goes through with the various relationships is an interesting take. One thing people need to understand is the main character has had issues with family as a kid which influenced the decisions he makes in life. The MC will piss you off with some relationships because of his upbringing however it does get semi-concluded at the end. My only other warning is the conclusion of the manga left me wanting more, an epilogue would have been nice.

Hooked

There is a lot to be liked about this manga. While the MC is a bit weak and his growth backtracks from time to time it makes the series realistic. A lot of his friends seem more like comedic relief and most of the chapters focus on his ongoing relationship, lack thereof, or something else weird going on with the current arc love interest.

The love interests have a way of kinda making you fall for them which is why I am a bit hooked.

Aside from his tutor I couldn't root for him to just end up with just one, I wanted them all
And they all play a part in making the MC who he is. His background could definitely have been expanded more upon, almost kind of a rushed ending.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Didn't like the last arc's "heroines" felt thrown in to get him to his current job situation

Overall it is a bit of a different take on a shounen romance manga(not quite seinen though), although MC-kun is still MC-kun though without the ecchi. I like the art, the heroines look a bit like Mizuki Kawashita's heroines.

Interesting, Unique Read with Drama and Lots of Heartbreak

This is a pretty unique manga. Basically it follow the main male lead through many of his past (and failed) relationships. He's not always likable, but he acts realistically which is probably why a lot of readers seem to dislike him. He makes mistakes, reasonable ones and stupid ones. He acts like a jerk sometimes, but he's understandable.

It's an interesting concept and so far, I've enjoyed examining his relationships and learning how and why they failed. It's not adorable or cute, but not overly heavy, more interesting with some though-provoking parts as well. Very good art as well, more attention paid to the female characters, but the male MC is also drawn well and other important side characters.

Thought it was gonna be generic and boring

I was proved thoroughly wrong. What a great manga! I'd previously taken a quick glance at the manga, skimming through some pages and then opting to not read it because it seemed quite "meh"; I read all of the scanlated chapters in one sitting last night and I'm left hungry for more now.
The character development is really top-notch and, as of chapter 27, the characters feel so immensely real. Nobody's perfect, everybody's got their own circumstances, and the interactions between the protagonist and other characters range from heartwarming to nail-biting experiences.

The other user review of this manga really doesn't do this justice[Granted the review is quite old by now so the more recent chapters hadn't been released at the time] as, personally, I don't think this is anything like Suzuka, GE or Koibana Onsen; those manga are, in my opinion, extremely shallow and boring. Soredemo, on the other hand, has a lot of depth and shows the desperation people experience due to their personal circumstances and their pursuit of love. I'd definitely recommend reading this manga.

Fast Paced Romantic Drama

I love the fast pace of this manga, wich depicts the past love interests of Serizawa. The MC has is flaws and virtues, sometimes struggling to do right thing (also failing). The girls are interesting even if they only get a handful of chapters each. The art is nice and simple and the mix between comedy and drama feels just right.

If you like Suzuka, GE, Koibana Onsen, etc., you may like this (echi is way softer though, wich is a good thing IMO).
