Description
From Yen Press:

It’s Noh-A’s first day at Amityville High School, and her reception is chilly to say the least. Brutal might be a better description! Decapitated but not dead (or is she??), Noh-A quickly realizes that nothing is as it appears at Amityville High where paranormal creatures battle for supremacy. Caught in the crossfire, Noh-A may have to rely on the unlikely (and possibly unreliable) aid of the most sinister student at Amityville… the deadly Jack Frost!

Updates?

I was drawn in by the character Jack Frost first and foremost. He's just as his name describes, though there are moments when he lets loose and comments here and there that reveal a few things I did not think were possible for his surface persona. Especially if a romance was to develop between Miss Mirror and Mr Frost. Junoa is especially interesting, since the two flashbacks we have of her show her to be a silent type, though her character in Amityville is willy and excitable. I so wish they would bring it up to date... I have no skills for scanlations, but one cannot help but yearn for an update.

I highly recommend it! The drawings, the plot and the development is very interesting! Some people compare it to Hellsing, but obviously, they have hardly read a word. Read it for yourself and find out if it's worth your time.

Hellsing? Why yes, it's a blatant rip off. I can't say how good the story is, as I'm only on chapter two as I write this, but I can tell you that the art style and character designs are so close to Hellsing's it's not even funny.
I don't know if it's supposed to be some kind of parody or what, but it brings my rating down for this manga a lot. The first chapter's hilarity enticed me to read more, but chapter 2 seems to be going in the same direction as Hellsing.
I'll read a bit more, see if I like it better (or not) and update this if I feel it's necessary.
A decent read? I suppose. But there's a reason Hellsing's widely known and this one isn't.

/Edit
Read farther in. Couldn't continue. The plot jumps all over the place, and the comedy stops being funny really quickly. It seemed somewhat unique at the start, but ends up being some kind of school life/mortal kombat/hellsing hybrid.
Maybe it gets better later on. I'm just not about to trudge through the rest of the chapters to find out.

It's a shame Meep are dropping this as a project. The story and art are absolutely brilliant. It's dark and engaging, and the characters really appeal.

I have to lay down a comment on this one, because it is extremely funny to me how similar the character's are to Hellsing's. Thankfully the author put enough spin on it to distinguish the two but at times it almost seems like it is taking place in some weird parallel Hellsing world. Good though, check it out if you like vamps and stuff like that.
