The description from Daisukereds is only for the first 3 chapters which doesn't represent the next chapters.
Up to ch7 we get boy, girl and second boy as a MC. It looks like every 3 chapters, there is a new MC that interacts with Kotera-san in some way that changes or inspires their life.

Really, no description or comments? The covert looks good enough to take a look. Sadly, the art is not really that good. The MC (main character) describes himself as one of those "socially inept losers" and seems to fall for a girl that likes doing indoors rock climbing(*). Maybe because she tries hard, he likes her and wants to try hard himself at sports (he is seen playing pong, running, others so maybe a general gym club) and wants her to notice him. Thats 3 chapters so far.. sadly, I might not be back for more smile
