I was extremely dissapointed and felt like I spent hours reading this that I could have used to read something... more interesting. The story felt useless, even if it had it's cute moments. I'm not saying that this is total crap, but I would never recomend this unless you are more a fan of shoujo styled manga with BL hints and likes pointless stories.

I would have liked this a lot if it only had been a real shonen ai story.

Lovely Art, Decent Story

The art in this volume is wonderful. I love the way this mangaka draws faces and expressions. Unfortunately, her stories don't really impress me very much. This is the second work I've read by Kiyo Fujiwara and both left me feeling like the story was incomplete.

There isn't much detail you can go into with a review about this series without spoilers. So here goes:
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The main problem with this manga is that it can't quite decide if it's a comedy or a shounen-ai manga. It succeeds moderately in both ways, but it just feels like it could've been GREAT if the mangaka had chosen a direction and gone for it full force. As it is, it ends up feeling a bit like an awkward comedy on the precipice of going all shounen-ai on you. It's weird.

The extra one-shot, "Diamond", has a better story, in my opinion. It's about a girl who is the daughter of a famous ballerina. She's been turned off of dancing due to a bad experience, but she gets dragged back into that world by some rather unusual people and circumstances. Although it's a bit slow-moving and a little confusing for the first few pages, it has solid characters and a nice storyline overall. Again, I really like the faces and expressions this mangaka gives her characters - especially the boys. They're very emotive (as well as both cute and hot at once XD).

I love the way how this mangaka make her stories...This manga is really hilariously adorable >w< The characters are funny...Here we have childishly cute protagonist, Ichi...The supporting senpais and his very hilarious childhood friend Tomo-chan..The characters are so lively and energetic and this has managed to make this manga such a success
Yeah, I'm a shoujo fan but not a yaoi fan...This manga does have hints of shonen-ai but it's so subtle and is used in the form of teasing and such..Well, Ichi does live in a male-only dorm = 3=
The manga is mainly focused on friendship biggrin The sweetness and heart-warming of it makes this manga such an enjoyable read...with every chp is a new adventure for the boys or should I say bishonen ❤_❤ Talking about that, the art is very good!the softness and flow-ness of the style of art is very easily likeable
Anyway, the oneshot is definitely! it's about dance if I'm not mistaken, waltz(?) lol I'm clueless...Not that big in the romance part but it was so cute and ah, I don't know why, but I like it! If you're not to keen in shounen ai eventhough it's wee tiny, you can try the oneshot^^
