Description
Mystery writer Mikazuki Subaru, who isn't good at dealing with people, finds them to be a disturbance when it comes to building his imaginary world. One day, he chances upon a stray cat and feels inspiration strike so he brings the cat home as his muse. Can watching the inexplicable behaviors of a cat form material for a novel?
Featuring perspectives from the human's point of view as well as the cat's.

I rmb reading this manga a long time ago and I forgot the title but the same healing effects remained when I returned to read the latest chapters. It's just a very socially anxious MC who lives with his cat Haru and how she slowly helps him cope with life and changes. Also, if you like the manga there is an anime series too, and Haru is still cute animated.
This story is so great. Love the interaction between Subaru and Haru, it is so much fun. Subaru has no idea how to take care of a cat and the cat thinks he needs to protect him. Such a wonderful story and the art is lovely. Little by little each is getting use to what each needs. So want to see more of this story and hope it would be published in English in the future.
This series is absolutely adorable. The art is cute and fits the feel of the story well. I absolutely love the switch in POVs. It's interesting how both Subaru and Haru view the same events in different ways but still manage to come to the same conclusion. A difficult thing to accomplish, but the mangaka handles the difference in POV well. Definitely worth a read if you like cute slice of life stories like Gakuen Babysitters or Chichi Kogusa.

This manga is an absolutely adorable slice-of-life! There's a lot of minor humour, and the cat's perspective is just too cute. The work is definitely a "Mono no Aware," and most meaning in the work is to be found from that angle. The art is also excellent. I'm looking forward to how it progresses. I recommend this work to lovers of "mono no aware" (e.g. Aria) and works such as Nukoduke! or Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko.
