I think the 1 rating is from the wrong expectation people have when they begin reading this.

Some probrably expect Female lead with shota/bishi harem. (Eh? LoL I am only expecting it a little. Yes! a little!!)

And just found out that it's momfumi+many loli. (Female lead became a mom for the slave girl.)

But it didn't that bad though. Since I am not into OP much I did not continue but if you like the momfumi part in tate no yusha, you probrably like this novel~~~~~~

Friend, there are people out there who downvote EVERYTHING. Go and check every new item and quite often it has at least one of them, sometimes more. You often find that the newer series have more 1+ votes than other vote combined.

Otoh you almost always find people who give a PERFECT 10 to something that doesn't deserve it at all.

People are retards.

In regards to the novel at hand, I'm still deciding. I haven't dropped it yet, so that's a good sign, but it is not some betamax harem full of boring tropes and archetype waifus that all lust after a herbivores shrivelled, non-existence manhood because he "saved" them. So give it a go! Maybe you like it, maybe you don't.

I simply don't understand why there are ratings of 1. I mean, this is not your atypical, unique, innovative or etc type of plot, but it's your very standard, or "vanilla", type of story. You start off with a strong, or OP, protagonist and journeys the transported game world. Then there are companions, slaves in this case.

I mean, it's not a novel where I'll give it a 10 rating but not as bad as 1's. Maybe people just adore male lead and harems.
