Zhang Xuan traverses into a foreign world and becomes an honorable teacher. A mysterious library appears in his mind. As long as it is something he has seen, regardless of whether it is a human or an object, a book on its weakness would be automatically compiled. Thus, he became formidable.

"Emperor Haotian, why don't you like to wear underwear? To think that you're still an emperor, can you pay more attention to your image?"

"Fairy Linglong, if you continue to suffer from insomnia, you can always look for me. I have a way with lullabies!"

"You as well, Qiankun Demon Lord, can you cut down on the garlic? Do you want to stink me to death?"

This is an incredible story about the heritage between teacher and students, cultivating and guiding the world's strongest experts.

-Refreshing take on Xuanhuan genre, its somewhat a unique theme, protagonist has the role of a teacher/master instead of the cliche solitary cultivator on a violent path to the peak. Due to his cheat, he is literally the perfect teacher and has a slew of direct, core, half disciples. He also has an alternate disguise or alias as his own fictional Master. With his cheat, he can display high tier skills despite having low cultivation so thats how he tricks enemies into thinking that his "Master" is a supreme expert. Its a scam lol.

-Comic relief but might be a hit or miss for readers. Jokes are more targeted towards readers from the east so western audiences might struggle to understand the essence of the comedy or at best find it lame. The problem is the jokes are too repetitive. Its funny as hell the first few times but after hearing it for 500 chapters it gets annoying.

-Has focus on side characters particularly his disciples. They are interesting, have reasonably good character development throughout and overall are likeable. I enjoy reading about their personal stories, struggles and cultivation path. I do wish they got more screentime though.

-Author kinda skim on antagonist(even those that join the protagonist in the end). Lack personality, no unique qualities, little character development and feels one dimensional. Readers subconsciously have a need to connect to the villains which is something lacking here. I mean villains are the reason the protagonist exists.

-As all xianxia/xuanhuan, the lead always has a overpowered cheat. In this case, his cheat is basically like a database of cultivation. It can also analyze and detail the flaws and improvements of any technique the protagonist comes across. It houses some powerful cultivation techniques but needs to be unlocked.

-Like a lot of transmigration or reincarnation themed stories, that factor isn't expanded upon. Transmigration has no relevance to the storyline, at least for now. Transmigration tag merely serves as a prologue, so don't read into it much.

-Battles and fights. Don't expect too much. Scenes are lackluster but short and sweet. Overpowered though, him or his "Master"(which is himself in disguise). That said, not all confrontations and rivalries end in duels/wars or a fight to the death. Getting physical is not the only solution which is good as it keeps the storyline interesting.

-Overarching plot pacing is quite slow. Both good and bad. Bad cos it starts to feel like i'm watching those hundred episodes mainstream manga to anime adaptations with tons of bad fillers(i'm fine with fillers but it has to have some standards), this novel though, i find most of the fillers boring. Good cos author does occasionally take the opportunity to use fillers to flesh out and augment the plot. The best fillers are those that feel like they're not even there.

-The main plot(and side stories) is as simple as it gets just like most other xuanhuan or xianxia novels. No mindblowing storyboard, foreshadowing or unexpected twists. Don't expect anything much really, especially since author has a light hearted narrative going on here. Sometimes theres beauty is simplicity.

Overall i do like the novel, i've read it up till chapter 1045 but the later chapters get boring and kinda a pain to read. Hopefully author can introduce some spice to the novel later on.
