This is a very good work. I just wish I was able to see the Paris collection and the wedding dress.

This is also one of the few manga that provides an actual depiction of the fashion industry along with why people model/ become designers.

I just want to say, this manga is pretty unique and interesting, and that the previous comment below by MondSemmel is SPOT ON - I need to add nothing more.

Please buy on Book Walker!

There are a few mangas on fashion, but from the descriptions, most seem to treat fashion just as status fights, and that doesn't appeal to me.

Yet this manga is different. It's about the whole process of fashion design, including designing clothes, making prototypes by hand, and then showcasing, exhibiting, mass producing, and selling them. Only someone with genuine interest and experience in the topic of fashion design could write something like this, and it shows.

There's also a clever narrative trick in the beginning:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The description makes it seem like this manga is about Chiyuki, an aspiring model who struggles due to her insufficient height. But the first chapter is called "This is Your Story", and by the end it becomes clear that the actual protagonist is Ikuto, an aspiring fashion designer. Because, as the story makes clear, the stars of a fashion show aren't the models, but rather the designers whose clothes are showcased.

And on a separate note, especially for a shounen manga, this is a surprisingly mature take on topics like career choice, talent vs. hard work, doing what you're good at vs. what you enjoy, overcoming adversity (both Chiyuki's height disadvantage and Ikuto's poverty are very real problems for them), and more themes besides. Plus it does all that without coming anywhere close to resembling a fighting manga.
