They split the chapters in some of their titles into smaller chapters to make more money out of it. Many newer Japanese BL manga on INKR that were originally licensed on Renta get this treatment. These manga mostly only have 5 or 6 chapters (but INKR has 20+chapters with the same amount of content) which you can confirm from the original licensor's platforms like Renta, Book Walker or on Mangaupdates.
