Is there something sweeter than sugar, because this manga might be it. Seriously shmoopy, lovey dovey, hella adorable, etc. The characters are ridiculously in love and it's a great portrayal of a healthy relationship based on a childhood friendship. The second couple has a nice bratty uke, also ridiculously sweet and loving but with a bit of sass.
Minor warning of the last chapter, there's an extra focusing on the sister which might be weird to some readers. The version I read has a notation at the start of the chapter, otherwise it might've caught me off guard.

The sister is a voyeur watching her brother have sex. She watches for the feels and the attractiveness of it, comments on sexual details, etc but does not seem to have actual incestuous feelings for him and instead is rooting for his relationship.
