The story is as 2D as the characters

The "plot" is basically our MC is living in a poorly written romance novel as a side character and she wants to spectate all the events between the ogFL and her 3 MLs. As much as the MC's personality tries to keep the reader interested, it gets very boring when the novel's characters are (intentionally) threadbare of personality. If you don't enjoy her verbose internal monologues, which are nonstop even during simple conversations, then there's not much left to take in.

Any conversation with MC is like a sitcom without the laugh track. Awkward, long pauses between lines (because she's busy internally monologuing), and not as funny as it's supposed to be.

Although the art is really good, the style never grew on me. The closeups of eyes were positively gorgeous, but the MLs were not attractive. Especially the prince. Every time the fantastical looks of the MLs was used for humor (a joke that was recycled way too much) I deadpanned through it.

The reviews by StellaStar1 and MondSemmel are spot on, so I recommend reading theirs.

i like the friendship as well. but somehow, maybe it got too draggy, but it was boring sometimes

Loved it. It's super funny and the FL is awesome. A lot of pop culture references. Her sarcasm is the best and the fact that she doesn't really care about the male leads and just wants to enjoy the show made it better. Most Isekai are about the FL trying to survive, but this one is just here to enjoy her fav scenes.

So good and yet so flawed....

I am so polarized over this manhwa. So many good, interesting things, and yet so many omissions, forces moments, falseness and so on.
In a nutshell, what I found so cute and endearing here is the FL, Latte and her coterie of friends. Latte is one crazy gal, as a character she's actually realistic, multilayered and while a Mary Sue at some point, it's palatable. But she truly is a well made genki, plucky and bubbly girl, and her visual identity is also tops, with unruly curly blonde hair, small but prone to getting weight. Her family, her maids, and her friends, her wizard servant (Bishot), are also very endearing, extremely likable bunch, everybody has a vibe of it's own and you enjoy watching them interact and just living their life (there is a slight slice-of-life slant here, not too much, but I enjoyed that part, which is unusual since that's far from my favorite genre).

But what this manhwa takes to extremes is trying to be funny. Sometimes it's successful, but sometime it feels overwrought, fake and completely staged. And the worst part is that every single chapter there are tries at a stab of humor. And the hits and misses are not even 50/50. The misses sometimes overpower everything. I know I was frustrated at how much story flow was lost in trying to achieve this elusive sense of comedy,

And the problem is that the manhwa is 130 chapter strong, yet not much happens in it and the story is actually quite underwhelming. It could have been condensed into 80 chapters without missing a beat. And so much gets lost on the way. Ibelin, the original FL; never gets the characterization she deserves, and ends up a mere footnote in the overall manhwa. This irked me quite a bit. The mail antagonist, Peridot, also never gets the momentum she deserves, and she never was that much of a threat IMHO. She appears and is a minor distraction for a few chapters, and that's it. We literary didn't even need to put her in the manhwa.

And the 3 ML were also handed in a offbeat manner. While I understand that it (intentionally) becomes pretty clear early on that Arwin is the ML; Kenneth and especially the Prince are so glossed over I forgot they existed at one point. And oh the Prince, he becomes a non-entity after chapter 40! Arwin is a pretty polarizing ML, but I found his actually to be a solidly constructed Master of the tower type, a bit over-powered, but it's pretty clear he's mentally unbalanced and that Latte is threading a thin line. This isn't romantic in the least, and the manhwa does try to pretty it up a bit, but you can read clearly between the lines that it's not all sunshine and roses.

You see, in one corner we have a refreshingly funny FL, with some outstanding supporting character, on in the other corner we have a very thin story, and loads and loads of untapped potential in some pretty major characters.

overall, while funny at moments and Latte is gold, I would not recommend this to most people. If it gets you humor level, then great, but otherwise, skip!

the male lead is hot that's all i need to say. his beauty is unrivaled
but really this manhwa is nice!! the romance part is a nice slow burn but with lots of cute moments all along the story where u can see them connect and fall for each other. and overall it's an enjoyable comedy, don't take it too seriously. it's here for a good time and a laugh (and cute romance and hot arwin) and some heartwarming moments

One of the mangas I've read. So funny and so good. Latte is perfect fl and I loved arwin so much. Romance progressed towards the end. Idk the ones who didn't like what expects from a comedy manhwa?

Unique but flawed.

There's lots to like about this story, like the ridiculous number of blatant pop-culture references and fourth-wall breaks, and Latte's embrace of her role as a spectator. That said, while the story does some neat deconstruction of romance novels, it's also incredibly meandering. In addition, it falls prey to some of the very flaws it makes fun of, and I ultimately wasn't impressed with the conclusion of the story. Also, while the 30-chapter epilogue was okay, the 9-chapter side story felt pretty pointless.

Anyway, regarding these flaws. Firstly, Ibelin:

Ibelin never receives sufficient characterisation or character growth. That's the whole point of the main story, but the execution still feels weird; and it makes little sense for the story to blame Ibelin for being a bad friend to Latte, when Latte was no different to Ibelin; neither tried to understand the other.

Finally, Latte helped multiple other characters grow, but somehow didn't do so for Ibelin, even though the epilogue would've been the perfect place to do so. Instead, we're left with her remaining a disappointing non-character, which leaves a glaring hole in the otherwise pretty self-aware story.

Secondly, Arwin:

As is common in such stories, the bad boy is the love interest. In my eyes, the story never managed to sufficiently reconcile the teasing bad boy from the mass murdering bad boy. For instance, I was put off when a villainess attempted to murder Latte, and Arwin retaliated not just by killing her, but by putting her in an eternal torture scenario. And at other occasions, Arwin playfully suggests to Latte that he'll destroy the world if she comes to harm, which is not actually romantic once you think about it.

Finally, regarding the notion of undeserved protagonist bonuses:

The story criticizes Ibelin for getting things handed to her as the passive protagonist, but Latte spends most of the story trying to be the passive spectator and nonetheless gets thrown into the protagonist limelight, including getting attention of all the love interests.
