Amazing dancing scenes, felt like a movie! I read the author's other work 'Mars', and never expected to find a shoujo so different from what she did, but still fresh and with art even more gorgeous than before.
The couple are adults but somewhat still a shoujo couple, but the story never let itself become boring. A quick and fun read!
Holy crap that lead girl was annoying. Normally I like co-dependent characters, but only if they have a reason for such behavior! This girl on the other hand, couldn't even lift a finger unless a man told her to.. I would have liked it a looot more if it had ended after the first two chapters.
Souryo-sensei's talent of depicting human body makes this ballet manga a piece of art! Beautiful dancing scenes that melt your heart, along with a sensational plot. Even the lines are lyrical.
Souryo has established herself as one of the best artists working in the shoujo genre. What better way to display her impressive talents than through a dancing manga, where the beauty of bodily grace is a plot element?
The story isn't quite as good as the gorgeous art. It starts strong but goes downhill as the romance becomes more prominent and the heroine gets accordingly more weepy. Plus, I really don't know where Souryo got the idea that Broadway plays are avant-garde ballet productions. So it's not perfect, but it's loads of girly shoujo fun. I think it would be fair to call this one of the best shoujo sports manga out there.
Gorgeous. I found it odd that she could rise so easily to the top, but she did still have allot of skill for an amateur. Wonderful drawings of dance. It almost took me back to a movie I once saw, the drawings were quite life like.
Excellent drawing! It really captured the essence and emotions in the world of dance! & yes, the body proportion is drawn beautifully.
i say, i've never seen such proportional body drawing, esp. in the dancing sequences!! lovely lovely. i'm smitten with her artwork. the storyline's good too, not to shoujo-ish.
