hits all of my MoE points! especially when there’s food involved! i love how sensei express their individuality and cultural difference between italian X japanese, subtly. Love how the uke express himself when facing a difficult customer and kick him out of the restaurant! LOVE him!!!! i do love a good manga with characters more than just the 2 MC! Lastly, the expression Uke had when he ate those desserts! makes me wanna eat those desserts too! feels like the desserts were too good to be true!! hehehe wwwww….

This is one of those "forceful seduction" stories, mixed with the plot of a softcore porn and the typical hardcore BL sex scenes. If you're not down for that, or if you're looking for a deep plot, you won't like this.
The main problem is that Gino is written as a playboy who doesn't seem to care at all that Keito is rejecting him — not in a "I'm so into you I can't control myself" way, more like he doesn't understand (and even considers it juvenile) how Keito doesn't want only sex. Surely, an adult can comprehend that other adults seek different things? It's just bizarre, because it's not a language barrier issue either. The only explanation I can come up with is that it's supposed to be one of those "has to get hurt himself in order to understand that he hurt others" tropes.
The second problem is Masayuki's character, whom I had some sympathy for until the 4th chapter. The person below me explains more, but, suffice to say, his character ended up being wasted on a tired, unpleasant trope.
Look, this manga is about the sex. The plot is supposed to add a bit of angst and pining, nothing more. The art...you either love or you hate, as Akihisa has a fairly divisive style. It's good for a quick fix, but when I say it's about as deep as softcore porn, I do mean it. Expect nothing more.

Not a fan. 🙁 The main thing driving the plot forward was the rapey stuff. The food and their personalities were just secondary drivers and it should have been the other way around. I can overlook sexual assault in manga if it's not the driving, founding force behind a romantic relationship. But here it was.
And on top of all that, the plot was pretty cliche.
The last chapter was cute but it doesn't erase how bad the first 4 chapters were.

I was rooting for masayuki until he turned out to be a rapey bastard too. Le sigh.
And the no condom thing is cute when they're virgins, but that boy 1000% has an STD after sleeping with a different woman off the street(!) every week for who knows how long!
