Man, I got a recc'd list of BL, and the rank p high so I read it with high hopes about what was going on in S3 all of a sudden the writing quality got nuked and Sangwoo ran away like all the time from Jaeyoung for no reason like he couldn't get enough of running away his gay feelings. Also, he held the idiot ball very long for someone who was described as super-rational or careful except he followed a random person's advice. The pacing itself is all over the place since I'm like HMM what is going on here again?

I feel like I related to the Sangwoo who seems to be robotic and it was nice to see opposites attract a couple but the the exp felt like me for the 4 months:

[S1 romcom][ S2/3 meaningless misunderstanding ][ending]

IDK if there are extra comics or not but I feel like there's just less time seeing them interact as an official couple than just dumb fights which is a shame since why. Also, I kinda felt that all the r18 scenes were censored terribly so that did hurt my enjoyment of reading even tho the art itself is cute sigh.



The one plus side I can think of other than Sangwoo's bigotry (lol) is that the top Jaeyoung is not a red flag or toxic towards him other than he is sulky for one ch. I'm like it'd be much more palatable if they got together at the end of S1 and S2/3 was them dating and working on their game then S3 would handle how they plan out their future.

Sangwoo's on the spectrum? I can't say as someone who is familiar with it but it's closer to he is a general loner and unsociable person...I feel like it's too vague and he's often trying to hide his real emotions way too well compared to like actual autistic person. It's not that Sangwoo doesn't understand social cues he just doesn't care enough to follow them so that's the main difference after I completed the series.

Closest thing to a perfect story you could ever hope for. Everything from the art, to the characters, the pacing, the chemistry, everything was amazingly well done.

Great pairing, great art, gorgeous colors, believable relationship progression, delicious fan service, I just don't fw the ending.

It helps that the novel is already excellent. Aside from the characters and story provided by the novel, the manhwa has a distinctive and enjoyable art style, and the pacing and directing feels natural.

Would I reread this? Yes, many many times!

I mean....such a must read. The art, the writing, the characters. Excellent adaption by the webtoon adapter.

I love this manhwa so much, it's the best slow burn that i have ever read. The tension between characters is on another lvl, seriously i recommend this to fans of enemies to lovers and opposite attract tropes

I started reading this manga webcomic because I liked the art style. Little did I know that the story would touch me too.

There’s something about Sangwoo’s structure and rigidity that reminds me so much of my college days. I love Jaeyoung’s contrast in his life — from his major, dress style, approach to projects, study habits, happy-go-lucky persona. I’m always a sucker for stories that delve into the psyche of a character (mostly Sangwoo) who is learning more about himself through a potential romantic interest.

I can’t wait to continue this journey with these two characters who illustrate the quintessential ‘opposites attract’ story. I love the dynamic and the way the story has evolved. The Korean BL love action series was also beautiful and I hope there’s a season 2 at some point!

ok its not PERFECT probably but I love it. i usually dislike enemies to lovers troupes but i think its done really well in this one, because neither of them have done anything absolutely unforgivable and its pretty understandable when you get their perpective. also the art is WONDERFUL its just such a creative mix of artsy and programming kinda asthetics??

This webtoon has nice pacing, smooth story-telling, and damn good art. The expressions of the characters are vivid and amusing. So far, I'm loving it and I'm fussy!
