It's amazing how much better the story is with the drama taken out

That's not to say drama is bad, but the author can't seem to write it consistently or believably at all. Just writing slice of life like this and allowing the characters to breathe seems a lot more their style.

I like this story and the characters. I enjoy each of their situations and how they intertwine with one another. I wish they gave a little more information on why the girl ran away from home.
