Not a bad read if you’re into medical manhwas

Logan3 is correct, doctors in this manhwa are absolute scum with 0 ethical standards, like literally each and every doctor(other than MC and one other person) is portrayed as someone that doesn’t care about patients and it’s somehow normal. Like a senior doctor walked and started fighting during surgery. The medical information isn’t great but some decent cases here and there.
Some character plots are stupid, a nurse has hemophobia from her previous assignment yet decides to not get that sorted and relocate to work in another war zone. But she serves the plot well enough that u accept it and move on.

The art is in season 1 was nothing special but it got worse in season 2, less detail less refined.

Bad 1st Season, Improves with the 2nd Season

This begins as one of the worst medical manhwas. Pretty much everything is medically inaccurate or outright incorrect. Characters are inconsistent from scene to scene, and all the characters are ethical trash bags, including the MC. In an early instance in the First Season, he tries to play martyr by taking the fall for a fellow intern who repeatedly makes basic, life-threatening medical mistakes, all so the MC wouldn't have to feel bad about seeing that person not receive their internship certificate that year. If I had positives, it would be the art and character emotiveness.

Things start to pick up toward the end of the First Season, where the author begins to hone in on the direction of the manhwa and the MC begins to act with more consistently. We'll have to wait and see what the rest of the Second Season has in store.
