Description

i love this one. it is SO sexy. there isn't even that much smut but the lead up is so fking gas. the scene where they pose for the BL author is one of my favorite bl scenes of all fking time. also did a great job of giving sex appeal to a black and white 2d character

i like the intro i like the plot even tho i feel like towards the end of s2 it gets a little haywired for me imo.

I feel like it started p funny then quickly went downhill fast in a not-funny way like how the entire S2 finale was just back-to-back of some of the dumbest decisions and character betrayals. I actually started reading this webtoon since I read that the top was a decent person and he is but he does terribly stupid actions which cause the MC pain and there's no real justification for them.

We already know about the downsides of being a sex worker but it's just brought up over and over that mostly to the point it's just kinda repetitive. I feel like alot of the ppl who do work there would be alot happier in a reg job but they're forced due to debt and everyone in their family getting cancer. At this point, it kind of starts off wondering I wonder why did X person joined this job and it goes back yeah because they're really poor along with being society's outcast.

I like the character designs but in a lot of the R18 scenes the poses are pretty stiff and don't flow well so I do dread it a little each scene.

I would have rated it higher if it ended in S1 because the main debt is cleared off due to a certain person but now in S2 it feels like it's just dragging it out for no reason at all.

I really really enjoyed the first season and the relationship development. I think however I will put this on hold because the second season seems to involve other couple(s) other than the the main ones from season 1 and I'm not finding myself interested in their stories for now....I think Season 2 could have focused more on the main couple from season 1 and the addition of that one family member antagonist.

Not as seedy as it sounds, in a good way

It's refreshing to read some of my favorite tropes (ex-gangster, sex work, debt-motivated, etc) without the usual pitfalls. It seems like there's some drama on the horizon with season 2, but so far everything has been consensual and the characters seem well rounded. For a story about a guy who gets pushed into working at a strip/sex club to pay off his debts, there's surprisingly little smut and a surprising abundance of consent. It's more about the main character's mental and emotional journey than his sex life. (At least so far.)

I have to mention that there's some really great paneling and art--this comic makes use of the infinite scroll format in ways I wish more webtoons did. I wasn't initially drawn to the art style, but it grew on me. The art is high quality in terms of paneling, perspective, depth, and dynamic backgrounds. Mad props to the artist.
