Description
It’s not male bonding, it’s “animal” bonding. Once the spider, Shiori, met the beautiful and gentle butterfly, Midori, he fell in love. However, Midori is “feed” to Shiori. A love that cannot possibly have a prayer… The other bugs in the story include a cicada that was born merely a week ago and his unrequited love, a camouflage bug that crosses their path… And what about the bugs who shoulder many difficulties and their earnest pure love!? There’s also random bug knowledge.

I'm actually very intrigued with the setting of this manga; it's definitely not a run-of-the-mill BL story you come across very often, if ever. Now as far as the plots go, though, I think we can all agree the mangaka still had much to learn and improve in terms of skills at the time she was writing this piece, because her narrative is so bizarrely bad it's hilarious. She has good ideas but the execution is sometimes laughable, especially when drama is introduced to drive the story forward. Why can't a silly story with silly characters stay true to its nature and let those characters fool around like the dorks that they fundamentally are? I'm so over half-hearted attempts at creating serious elements in simple and shallow stories that should not be taken seriously. This one is already weird enough as it is, there's no need for redundant drama to spice it up.
I just love this manga, it's funny, sweet and also sad. Unfortunately I can't read Japanese so I will have to wait until it's completely scalated. It gets a 10 from me even tho' I haven't read it all.
And so the spider fell in love with the butterfly, goodness, that just sounded like Twilight. Overall, the manga was absolutely endearing. Not sugar-sweet, the type that'll give you a real (can't exactly swear here) toothache, but it was just adorable and touching, it really makes hearts flutter.

Omg, every character in this story is so freakin' cute. Just that alone is enough to bump up my rating for this series. Generally, it's funny and not too serious, though the main plot has its subtle sad moments.
Overall, the art is pretty and the characters are lovable so I recommend it ^^

It's very sweet, but the story of the spider and the butterfly is sad...
I wonder if it ends the way I think it will~
The art is cute, although it's not shown so much~
I also like how the mangaka makes them appear human, although I'd prefer more fillers and stuff.

Another thing I love about this manga is that it doesn't afraid to go to the sad and tragic parts... Quite the heart breaker, but also very very sweet...
