Though they mainly publish BL series, a recent decision was made to accommodate shoujo and josei titles as well. However, its shoujo magazine, Kurofune Zero, suffers from infrequent publication, despite its scheduled quarterly release frequency. They also have two magazines, e Otomitsu Comics/Otomitsu Mangosteen and Choco Love, that serialize TL/Smut josei manga.

On September 2010, it started distributing C&D letters to BL scanlation groups.

On 2011, Libre Shuppan entered into a partnership with SuBLime.

On April 1st, 2020 Libre acquired Zitto is Libre’s newest comic label aimed towards women, as a digital manga magazine. It launched in 2020, after acquiring Zitto. It goes on sale on the last friday of every month.

Please don't change the year in an entry if you're not sure when it's released. The first thing is prioritize the release date in the magazine and not the volume release date that will come out later. It's as simple as when the serialization started and ended. For compilations of author's works, they are distributed in various magazines with different dates so the volume release date can be used when it comes out. Users will come and go to fix so please check together with the correct info.
