The beginning was entertaining and funny, but all the characters got annoyingly one-dimensional with no progress afterwards. Especially the girl. Grow a spine! WTF is wrong with you for being so stupid as to getting yourself stuck in situations where you get molested all the time. I stopped reading after vol. 2.

This manga is a one of a king. It's like Mayu's other stories but better.
This guy gives off. He has such an obvious predatory and rapist vibe and she still does everything he asks her to. She's so stupid it pisses me off. All I can say is that that this isn't my type of manga, and if you like the typical shoujo but with smut then you should try it, but if you don't really like shoujo, don't try it. Simple as that.

Plus falling for a guy that wants to run her life.. Then getting wet over others so easily while this guy runs around trying to keep her safe.. Too stupid too naive..

The only thing that made this story cool was to have the guy from Kaiken phrase there.. I love that guy!

I've read some of Shinjo Mayu's works before and I usually never liked them because of the raping/stupid leading heroine. In this one, although there is the whole "I'M GIN AND I'M A VIRGIN KILLER AND I WANT TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU" part, it seemed less like rape to me, which always annoyed me in her other mangas, and more like they actually liked each other. Something I thought was kinda weird was the fact that the side characters were in-and-out in a few chapters and then you never see them again. Well, except for the manager at the end. I mean does anyone even remember Kouki? (I think that was his name at least :p ) Overall, there were some parts that I had to push myself through to get to the end, but I liked this one better than her other works because:
1. It was more love than rape (I mean Shinjo-san even refrained from them having sex for the first couple volumes!!!! There were still some "o.O" scenes though if you know what I'm saying).
2. Gin was SUPER CUTE! He was obsessed with her and totally in love!
3. If for no other reason, just read this to look at Chibi Gin. I'M NOT JOKING IT IS THE CUTEST THING EVER!
--Just as a side note: "Would I read this again?" Probably not, but it was an interesting read if you ignore all of the ridiculous information (like having sex to get a job in the show biz, the stock market thing with uhh what's-his-name? Takano?, and one HIGH SCHOOL guy controlling all of Japan). Lol, I kinda have conflicting feelings now that I'm looking back on everything...

wow surprisingly there are a lot of negative reviews .. gotta say not one of her best works, but i enjoyed it, i mean kirara does have a strong personality compared to the other heroines mayu-tan made
It's very plain and easy to understand, this manga is probably one of the worst smut shoujos I've read. (There as one more that was worst but this is still very high on the list.) The males are sex-drive jackasses and the women seem to like it. The female lead is weak, very, very, very weak. The male is an asshole and that's all there really is to it. No depth, no deeper meaning, no real plot line. Don't waste your time here. If you want a real acting-show biz manga that actually develops the characters, go to Skip Beat. Love Celeb...blah.
If you're searching for a jerk (Gin) who thinks his "all that" and more, look no further. I haven't gotten though the first 4 chapters because of this guy's such an asshole. He treats women as objects, has no respect for anyone, and possesses the morals of an 1 year old.
If this guy was just a little bit more humble, maybe this could've been a tolerable read. Unfortunatly the, "assholishness" of this guy just ruined the whole manga for me. Especially after that one chapter where he "raped" this girl and then discarded her like she was nothing. What a jerk.
8/10 if Gin was absent.
1/10 with Gin the way he is currently.

Is needles to say that the art work for Mayu sensei is quite delectable. At times i find myself so drawn to them that i almost wish i was the heroine. The story of course is commong to her work but it is still quite interesting with all its twist and turns. As usual once you start reading it you will not be able to put it down unless of course you are not into smut since the work is just that smutty.
