Description
It is the year 4088. It has been over one thousand years since the Crisis of Systems (Lost Property), which resulted in the destruction of four planetary systems, leaving only a single inhabitable planet, Zion. I liked the anime and was curious about the manga, but I mostly saw the name D.N. Angel and looked it up. Then looked it up here, and then looked up the author and found the page pretty funny for their 'developed trait'.
Its a pity that it was dropped in v5... I would've bought v6 if it was available. Its a pretty interesting series -- story and setup is atypical. Though I do find little boys wanting to be pilots of beautiful female robots a little bit... weird -- its unique xD

This is one of the greatest manga's I have read and I now find out its dropped?! Dude that's so not cool and fair. Seriously how could she do that to us? The story had a great plot and plot line and to just drop it? Not cool at all and is kinda douchebaggy.... UGH that makes me sad!
Pilot Candidate or Candidate for Goddess was a great anime/manga, I don't know why it didn't make it but I remember waiting for Saturday to know what would happen to the characters. Is one of those things you don't fully understand. Perhaps it's dimise had to do withe lack of exposure that needed. It is unfortunate that Candidate for Goddess, like Fruit Basket and other fantastic series was not given the chance both by the public and publishers.
