Description
Kei moves to Tokyo to live with his old friend and lover, "Mii-kun." Their quirky neighbours in the apartment block keep ruining the mood, but there are bigger obstacles to overcome before they can truly become lovers.
Note: Serialization is ongoing but irregular. Three years after the release of volume 5, Kumota published chapter 43 in the October 2019 issue of Be x Boy Gold on August 28, 2019, and chapter 44 in the December 2019 issue on October 28, 2019. She tweeted in 2021 that she intends to continue the series.

I need to write this review because I need to warn people. I loved this manga, I really did.
The author is capable of serious, deep and emotional writing, as shown in the Rakugo manga series. If this was a fetish or smut manga right out the gate, I would have been fine - but it pulled out the rug under my feet, by being a wholesome vanilla romance that then goes off the deep end.
Worst of all, with this and the SPOILER bits especially, I have grown to dislike Rakugo as well. This manga now ruined both works to me, and I am angry, shattered, tired and exhausted.
But overall: I'm just disappointed. I cannot recommend it, and I will not read it anymore.

It casually throws in biphobia, lowkey transphobia and then goes completely off the deep end, by throwing in underage pseudo-incest involving step-parents. And portraying these as "fine". But most of all, as it is often in BL, and I despise it: there will be scenes where an attempt at rape is happening, and it will not get addressed, nor portrayed as such. Straight up noncon will be ignored by characters within the story and the plot itself. Even worse, it will be played off as "not that big of a deal", and the rapist will still hang around as if nothing happened. I am so sick and tired of this trope. Even more so that it happened in this manga, which I loved. But now, it is ruined.

I am pleased that English readers can support Kumota Haruko with the Futekiya subscription. I wish this title was included. I purchased all available paper editions in Japanese when I visited Japan in 2019 (I can't read them). I love these characters and the artwork.
Kumota Haruko is love, Kumota Haruko is life. I got to know her from 2 'darker' works (as in, the themes are sensitive) and was already in love, but I think she really excels in writing slice-of-life sorts of stories like this one. I just can't get enough of how loveable the characters are, which probably has a lot to do with how well the mangaka was telling the story. And don't even get me started on the artwork; every drawing is so adooorableee I can't stand it lol. I rarely say this but every BL reader will love this manga for sure, I guarantee it.
first of all i want to say that the scanlation group who is showed there (shirohato) is working on the prequel, NOT this manga. You can find the two first volumes of this story online anyways.
And about the manga i don't really know what to say, is good but is not wooooh. Anyway is a good reading and is over average i think.

Don't focus on the cover.
The art and the plot are both awesome.
It not your typical BL manga.
It's sooo interesting and unpredictable that you never get bored.
I want to read more!!!
I soooo love this manga.
I can read this over and over again without fail and it's the type of manga where you want to keep a copy at hand because you really enjoyed it.
