Just nope.
The art is definitely not a plus point. This plot would be best as a one shot, events are all over the place, and too childish on top of that. Characters really lack lots.

This is basically like a "You're my pet" situation, where the guy actually is an animal. Noir, in this case, is a fluffy black cat who's just a little too obsessed with mating with Suzu. When he's not in that hormone-overdrive mode, though, he (and his relationship with Suzu) is actually rather cute. The art is overall decent and didn't make me want to poke my eyes out, but it can get a bit weird. Case in point: Azure's first appearance in chapter 3, sporting scary, sparkly alien eyes. I think the mangaka was going for the caucasian look, but it obviously didn't work. Storywise, there were a few moments that made me chuckle, so while there're many series out there in this vein, this is not one of the worst examples. Don't write home about it, but it's not bad to while away some time.

Suzu is an idiot. Noir is sex-crazed. The Love was random. The art changes from suckish to decent each panel. Action in this manga seems totally out of place. Damsel in distress manga's are not my thing. The freakishly shoujo eyes is something I havent seen in shoujo, ironically, in a while(Kudos for that! Sparkly, gigantic eyes annoy me!).

But I've read this more then once...for whatever reason. It makes me chuckle at some points. I dont know whats wrong with me, but I usually dont go for manga of this type. *sigh* Read if you feel like it. Leaning towards dislike with this.

The art was a little ick & I couldn't get past the first chapter.
It was just one of those series that was ick altogether.

Dakishimete Noir is a manga that is sooo LOVABLE.
I firstly read it only to fill my time but when i did finish the volume, i was like omg, kyaaa, awww at the same time. It's a story that is pretty short and could have been longer, much to many people's request, but the short ending was pretty sensible because the resolution was pretty short itself and if they rambled it on, it would become boring.


I just think this manga was cute and that anyone who wants to have a good read at something sweet should try this manga that will take up only a few minutes of your time..

Its a really sweet shoujo manga! I love the characters and the plot is really nice too. But because its only one volume - really way to short - the story gives a "it could go so much farther" kind of feeling.

If you like short and absolutely lovely shoujos you should read this! =^.^=

This is fantastic! I read it about two years ago when I was first getting into manga, and now I've read it again and I'm still not tired of it. The art is very pretty (the cats are adorable and the clothes are really cute!), the romance is sweet and it's very funny and cute Unlike Kelena I also like the fact that it's only one volume, any longer would have dragged quite a silly story out and ruined it. I reccomend you read this- especially if you're a fan of cute shoujo!

i just love manga where an unpopular girl manages to get herself a cool boyfriend! it gives us hope!

I absolutely loved this manga! The only problem was that is wayyyy to short...I request people that havent read this yet to read it!
